A View from the West Island

It is a beautiful Saturday morning and after working hard with a client this morning I am sitting at my kitchen table looking out into my beautiful backyard. The leaves are changing, it is a crisp fall day and the sun is shining. I happen to love the fall, it's what follows that is not my fav!

As I watch my dogs sunning on the porch I realize that I am very fortunate.

I have my health, a great husband, amazing kids, the cutest dogs, a lovely home , great family and friends and a successful business. Wow! Talk about gratitude.

It is important to do a gratitude list, so that when you feel down or discouraged you can take a look at what you DO have and put things into perspective.

I can workout to my hearts' content, I can choose the foods that I eat.

I have the freedom to choose how I live my life.

I am very fortunate.

What do you have to be grateful for today?

Get out there, take a walk with a friend/loved one, go hiking with your kids, throw a football or frisbee, enjoy the fresh air and connect with the universe!
