Losing weight is not difficult, burning fat is a different story.
If you exercise daily and think that you can eat whatever you want, then you are very mistaken.
You may get "firmer" and put on lean body mass, but you will not burn fat.
Combining proper nutrition with high intensity exercise is the answer.
You do not have to workout for hours, you can achieve your goals with only 30 minutes of exercise 6 days a week!
It is just as important when you eat not only what you eat.
The old saying "You are what you eat" is very true!
Think about lean protein, fibrous fruits and veggies
then think about Danish, cookies, chips, pizza.....
Which group will give you a lean, healthy look?
Until next time....
I welcome your comments and questions!
Wishing you Health of Body, Mind and Spirit,
Phyllis

Hi Phyllis,
I didn't really get a chance to say THANK YOU for all your support and help during the 6 weeks. Your continuous e-mails (and quick responses to my questions) really helped me out a lot and gave me the push that I sometimes needed.
I love the program, I love the workouts and it has simplified my life in many ways. I am a single mom and the 1/2 hour workouts are fantastic. My daughter often "exercises" along with me.
I now plan my meals ahead of time so the stress of trying to figure out "what's for supper" is gone. I feel great, and am looking forward to Phase II.
So again Thank You so much.
Kindest Regards,
Anita Wick
