I have had passion for fitness and helping people improve their health and lives for over 28 years.
I train clients 1 on 1 and hold workshops teaching my "6 Weeks to your Best Body" program. The results have been mind blowing and I feel so grateful to share this journey with them all.
I have a wonderful husband and 3 children and 1 step son and I love spending time with family.
I am blessed with many good friends and have a great support system.
I love to read, play golf and inline skate.
I have a very strong spiritual side, and that helps me to stay positive and grateful for all I have in my life!
